Shit happens! From time to time I may need to reschedule things as well. We are all human. For this reason I don’t charge a cancellation fee. However, last minute cancellations are very hard to fill and cost me time & money. Habitual cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will require pre-payment in order to re-book. No-shows are not tolerated (exceptions in case of emergency).
